    Our chairman and a member of our board of directors. Mr. Livanos founded our subsidiary GasLog LNG Services in 2001 and has been a director of GasLog Partners LP since the closing of its initial public offering in May 2014.

    He has served as our chairman since the Company was incorporated in July 2003 and held the role of Chief Executive Officer from January 2012 until January 2013.

    Mr. Livanos is the chairman and sole shareholder of Ceres Shipping, an international shipping group.

    He also serves as chairman of several of Ceres Shipping’s subsidiaries, including DryLog Ltd., a company engaged in dry bulk shipping investments.
